Experience
I'm a Frenchman living in Brittany and I have a good knowledge
of the administrative procedure in France. I spent six months studying at
the International Language Centre in London and I am a graduate of the Lower
Cambridge University Certificate.
I've worked for more than 20 years for foreign companies using day to day
English in their Finance and Customer services Departments.
I was in charge of the credit management and the reporting of foreign currencies
transactions with responsibility for budget and cashflow. Negotiating bank
conditions and opening of accounts. These companies were doing business with
customers all around the world, so, we needed to be fluent with the English
language and be aware of administrative procedures for many different countries.
I have travelled extensively throughout Europe and I communicate well
with people.
I currently have a number of British friends and I realise all the difficulties
they encounter with the French administration and bureaucracy.
I am very much involved in local associations, including being Responsable
of "Chapelle-Neuve" tennis club and President of the Commission "Cadre de
vie" in "le Pays de Pontivy".
